The meeting covered a wide range of topics related to spirituality, African traditional religions, and personal growth. She also discussed the importance of creating a safe space to connect with spirits and managing ancestral energy. The group discussed Ashley's oils and candles, and experiences with spirituality. Ashley shared her knowledge on various deities, including Oshun, Eshu, and Egun, and the spiritual properties of okra and coconut milk in baths.
