Tarot Reading Availability
To ensure quality control and that readings are completed in a timely manner. I am available to complete a limited number of readings each week. I update the availability of each reading every Sunday.
What's the best way to contact you?
I always keep the notifications for my email on. The best way to contact me is via email@example.com. Sure you can reach out via social media DM, but I get a lot of messages and it can take a while for me to respond. I usually respond to emails within 12 hours.
Which Orisha Holds your Ori?
I do not know and cannot determine which orisha holds your Ori or head. This information cannot be determined by a Tarot Reading. This must be done by a Babalwo, Priestess, Mambo, or Hougan. I do not recommend getting a reading from that Babalawo who randomly DMs you. If you would like to know more about this process I recommend you read The Handbook of Yoruba Concepts by Baba Ifa Karade.
What is your process? How will you complete my recorded readings?
After your purchase has been completed, you will receive an email from me. I like to gain insight into your situation or any questions you have addressed. This email is your chance to communicate with me, giving me guidance on the questions that you want addressed, clarity you seek, or your current life stressors. This communication allows me to give you a more detailed and personalized reading. I also ask for a picture. I utilize this picture during your reading to connect with your energy. I send you a private YouTube video link of your reading to your email address. I encourage you to let me know what messages and cards resonate from your reading.
I usually take Sundays to relax. If you book a reading on Sunday, I will email you on Monday. Also, if you book a reading after 7pm, I will email you the next day.
How long will it take to receive my reading?
Readings are completed in a first come first serve basis. Ashe Readings usually take a week to complete and can up to 10 days.
Live readings are scheduled according to availability.
Do you offer Live Readings?
Yes! Live readings can be purchased under Live Readings and Sessions. Please schedule reading before checking out. You will be issued a refund if you checkout without scheduling. My availability for Live sessions is limited and updated every Sunday.Appointments are on central time. I will email you a Zoom link to your reading. Please let me know if you prefer Instagram of Facebook messenger. Zoom meetings can be recorded for you to view later.
Missed sessions. or appointments.
The Session begins at the selected time. The session can rescheduled up to 3 hours before the session. There is a $10 rescheduling fee for sessions rescheduled less than 3 hours before the session or after the session has been missed. The Session is considered missed after 15 minutes. Your session will be rescheduled for the following week. If you choose not to reschedule you will be issued a refund minus 25%.
Please be mindful of the date at time of the class you purchase. Classes can be accessed via the My Courses link in the menu. The Zoom link is emailed the day of class. Class is considered missed after 30 minutes. Please email me within 3 hours before the start of class if you will not be able to make it. If class is missed and you didn't email be before the start of class please email me to discuss making up the class.
I will not send you a recording of the class if you choose not to attend. If I have not received an email from you within 48 hours after the start of class, the registration fee is forfeit.
Do you offer emergency or last minute readings?
Every case is different. Email me to see if I am available. The best way to contact me is ASHE@THEASHESHOP.COM. Yes, I do charge extra for dropping whatever I'm doing to help you through your crisis.
What if I don't know what I want to focus on in my reading?
Don't worry! I love doing general readings and Ashe Readings are perfect for finding direction and focus. Just keep in mind that giving me a little insight helps me to ask the Tarot...the Right Questions.

If you wish to cancel your reading before it has been completed, you will receive a full refund. I do not issue refunds for readings that have been completed. If your reading does not resonate with you please email me.
If you have registered for a class but are not able to attend, please EMAIL ME before the start of class. If I do not receive an email before the start of class you will not be eligible for a full refund. If I have not received an email from you within 48 hours after the start of class, the registration fee is forfeit.
Due to the spiritual nature of the products we sell refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. Please email me if there is a problem with your order. Please include your order number in the email.
Readings and classes can be rescheduled or a refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
